Bio
Tim is originally from St Louis and comes from a long line of realtors and Developers there. His family has been in business in St Louis since 1922. His grand father was mayor of Clayton Mo in the late 30’s, and they are currently known as Tom Shaw Realtors. He has lived in Las Vegas since 1954, and enjoys playing baseball, tennis, and Sea Scouting and sailing, and scuba diving.
He graduated from Rancho High School in 1966, and attended and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a degree in international relations, in 1971. At that time he was also a medic in the USAF Reserve stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas. He has been a Broker-Salesman in Las Vegas specializing in land and commercial and custom home sales on acreage since 1974. He has helped many people deal with land acquisition, rezoning and master planning their parcels, and sales and 1031 tax deferred sales to preserve their investments.
He is also a Broker in Utah, Tim Shaw and Associates Realty in St George, and owns a home there on the 7th fairway in the Entrada Golf Course. And yes, he does play golf!
