Mr. Rikkers has specialized in tenant representation throughout Southern Wisconsin and San Diego County since 1996. Mr. Rikkers has leased and sold more than 3.0 million square feet of office, R&D, laboratory and industrial space for approximately $500 million in total consideration.
Selected clients include Fidelity Information Systems, 150,000 sf; Mirus Bio, 22,000 sf; BellBrook Labs, 8,000 sf; Sologear, LLC, 25,000 sf; Viessmann AG, 14,000 sf; Staccato Communications, 25,000 sf; and Stemina Biomarker Discovery, 3,000 sf.
Tim majored in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin – Madison; has completed the “Rivet Joint III Airborne Linguist System Operator Course” at Goodfellow AFB in Texas; and completed the Spanish Language Specialist Course at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.
