Tim is a founding partner of Aston Rose.
He qualified as a general practice surveyor in the 1980s. As such he has accumulated a vast amount of experience in the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property throughout the UK.
Tim is a Fellow of the RICS, past-Chairman of RICS England and former member of RICS International Governing Council. He currently sits on the RICS Education Sub-Committee.
Tim was a member of the Board of Southern Housing Group.
