Tim is an original. Born in the city of Detroit, he and his wife, Ginger, and their dog, Jackson, reside in the city and he brings 4 decades of real estate experience . He has represented buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, managed property, worked on development teams converting commercial to residential, worked in the finance sector of the business and built free standing homes. Tim has a sound knowledge of the real estate business. He is also an international speaker, father of 3 children who are out making their mark on the world, rides motorcycles and plays percussion for fun. Currently with the Royal Oak Symphony you will find Tim sitting in with groups through out the city. His values include building relationships based on sharing solid information.
