Bio
Tim is a partner and co-owner responsible for the survey and valuation side of the business. Tim has unrivalled experience in both residential and commercial valuation and survey work covering the South East Wales area.
Tim started his career in property in 1999 working for a national surveying firm in Cardiff before joining his father in business in 2004. Tim is also the Principal Surveyor for national surveying network, Allied Surveyors & Valuers.
