As Vice President of Investment Management, Palmieri oversees the asset division for Ambling and is responsible for assisting and contributing to the Asset Management, Disposition, and Investment activities of Ambling. Palmieri is responsible for analyzing property financials and data for Ambling to meet budgetary and fiduciary responsibilities. As Vice President, Palmieri works with members of the team to accomplish these goals.
Palmieri works analyzing major line items of the annual property budgets to compare property types, regions, property sizes, owned vs. third-party, etc. He also provides portfolio data review on an annual basis to the executive team including but not limited to the residual value, capital accounts, deferred developer fee balances; and recommending adjustments to maximize profits and value for the properties.
