Tim graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education, specializing in construction technology and drafting. For over 20 years he owned his own residential construction company. His experience includes working as an accomplished carpenter as well as design and business management. His many projects included new home construction and major additions up to $500,000. Tim's role at TreHus Builders allows him to concentrate on his first love - design. In 2002 Tim won the National Pinancle Design Silver Award for a whole house renovation.
