Prior to Lee and Associates, Tim worked for Heineken USA as a sales manager in metro Chicago. Before Heineken USA, Tim was the General Manager for his family's company, McCahill Painting.
While at Heineken USA, Tim was a top performing sales manager and was tasked with managing metro Chicago for close to 3 years. Tim was nominated to the Internal Sales Council as the only On Premise Manager within Heineken USA. During Tim's final year at Heineken, he received the highest rating the company offers to employees.
