Tim Martin has 35 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and currently holds a Real Estate Brokers license in both Nebraska and South Dakota.
Before joining the Perkins Properties team as General Manager his responsibilities included the Management and Leasing of multiple Enclosed Malls, an Outlet Mall, Strip Centers, Mixed Use facilities and Office buildings in four Midwestern States. Tim is Married with three Children and four Grandchildren.
