Tim has over 39 years of retail experience, working in and around the north west agency market, and prides himself on the personal attention to detail imperative in “getting deals done”.
After a spell in Private practice and the British Shoe Corporation, Tim moved to Chester, becoming an equity partner of a major North West agency before leaving to co-found kenneymoore in 1995. Tim was a founding director of CH1ChesterBid , a former Chairman of the Chester Association of Property Professionals, is a director of a local C.I.C. and is not shy of making his views known on matters of public interest.
Using his skills honed in high Street retail, Tim is also very busy in the Hospitality arena, and is instrumental in driving the business into the Living sector.
