c. Or, Clients also use cash on hand or 1031 exchange funds as down payments.

e. Beckstone is NOT a real estate broker. Beckstone sells only it's owned assets. Every asset has management in place. Every asset has a corporate cash flowing tenant in place.
f. Rehabs are done prior to offering for sale. Beckstone also acquires new construction real estate.
