Tim started in real estate in 2001 and has been specializing in commercial properties since 2002. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He helps people make high quality business decisions that involve real estate. Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, he understand the importance of knowing the local real estate markets. His active background in business has given him a deep understanding of his customer’s challenges and makes him well equipped to help the business owner seeking the ideal commercial location.
Prior to his career in real estate, Tim was an active entrepreneur and involved in several different businesses. Tim began his career in business as a licensed stock and bond broker in Philadelphia in 1987. He co-founded two multi-million dollar computer distribution companies between 1992 and 1996 and another e-commerce business that traded publicly on NASDAQ.. In 1997 his initiation of a successful PR campaign in marketing built to order portable computers resulted in many favorable computer magazine reviews and an appearance on CNN''s "It''s Only Money" talk show. He was chosen by the Delaware Entrepreneur''s Forum from a field of more than 100 executives to present at their 1997 Venture Fair. From 1998 to 2001 Tim served as an Advisory Board member of a leading golf and travel company, and was Director of E-Commerce for the Golf Society of the U.S from 1999 to 2001. He is an avid golfer and poker player and has been fortunate enough to have played some of the finest courses in the U.S. and he has competed in both the World Series of Poker and on the World Poker Tour.
