As a Transaction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Tim is Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Commercial Real Estate transaction services on behalf of national client(s), monitor internal/external workflow to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and perform advanced transactions as required. In additon, Tim has over twenty-eight years of experience in transactional sales, leasing, and portfolio management in the commercial real estate industry. He has served in a variety of roles while in the business. First as a corporate real estate manager for two large companies, Liberty Mutual Insurance and EMC Corporation, and then as a sales and leasing associate at three well-respected Louisville real estate firms, Cassidy Turley Harry K. Moore, NTS Development and Horizon Commercial Realty. His specializations over the years have been on transaction/leasing management with a focus on office, land and retail. Tim received his MBA from Suffolk University in Boston and a BSBA in Management from the University of Louisville. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and a member of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter. He was a Kentucky Chapter CCIM Board Member and served as Secretary in 2012, Chapter VP in 2013, President Elect in 2014 and Chapter President in 2015. He holds a Real Estate license in Kentucky and Indiana. In 2010 -2011 Tim was selected by the KCREA as the Commercial Retail Realtor of the Year. Tim is also a multiple recipient of the CoStar Top Power Broker award in 2021 and 2022. Tim is a member of the March of Dimes REACH Committee from 2017 to present.
