Tim has built and sold commercial and residential projects in multiple states. He is a licensed REALTOR in Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas. Tim is a co-owner and agent of Keller Williams Realty Elevate. He has been a licensed real estate agent since November 1997. In addition to being a REALTOR, Tim was in the construction business for over 30 years and specialized in high-end custom homes. As a developer, he is a partner in Arbor Hills, a 300 acre subdivision with homes ranging from $300,000 to $3,000,000. Tim is a member of the Keller Williams Commercial Division.
