Tim Elliott is a REALTOR and Co-Owner of Elliott Realty Group.
He has called southeast Iowa home his entire life.
In the spring of 2011, he joined the team at Washington Real Estate.
As a REALTOR he prides himself in putting the needs of his buyers/sellers first. He understands that real estate is a customer service-based industry. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to finding the right home for his buyers or right buyers for his sellers.
Elliott Realty Group also offers rental properties for which he is actively involved. In this industry that is continually changing, he continues to change as well. In the fall of 2014, he is expanding the business and changing the name from Washington Real Estate to Elliott Realty Group. The expansion is reaching a greater portion of southeast Iowa. Tim thrives on the fast-paced business of real estate, and he appreciates the opportunity to work for both buyers and sellers.
