For over 20 years, Mr. Coury has specialized in sales of investment properties. He received the designation of CCIM in 1988 and was a Commercial Documentation Instructor for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Coury received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco and was a commissioned U.S. Army Infantry Officer. Since 1984, he has practiced commercial real estate brokerage, including project management of numerous single-asset and multiple-property investment sales in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Asia. In addition to marketing investment real estate, Mr. Coury identifies investment opportunities for Terra clients.
