Tim Chin is a 25-year commercial real estate veteran specializing in both landlord and tenant representation of office properties throughout the Puget Sound. Because of those close connections, he has gained a thorough understanding of the many issues facing companies today. Prior to Kidder Mathews, Tim was an office specialist with Colliers’ Bellevue office for over 15 years. Before that, Chin was director of marketing and research for another local commercial real estate firm. This experience assisted in providing him with solid building owner and developer relationships as well as a complete understanding of market conditions, availabilities, rental rates, and lease concessions.
