Tim Alexander is Vice President of Development for the Greater Boston Area. Mr. Alexander is responsible for directing all phases of development from design and permitting activities to construction and stabilization of Mill Creek communities.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Alexander was a Development Manager for WS Development in Chestnut Hill, MA, where he led development efforts for retail and mixed-use projects on the east coast. Prior to his tenure at WS, Mr. Alexander spent seven years as a Development Executive with Clark Realty Capital in Arlington, VA where he managed development activities for a series of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.
Mr. Alexander received a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
