Tiffany Licata is a real estate professional with 9 years of experience in the industry. She has a record of being a proven top producer of sold and purchased homes, with over 250 closings since 2014. She is an active member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, ORRA (Orlando Regional Realtor Association), OSCAR (Osceola County Association of Realtors), Orlando Regional Commercial Council, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and is a Gold Key ORRA Agent.
She has been named in Orlando Weekly Top 100 for 2017 - 2019 and has won numerous other awards, such as the 2019 ORRA Good Neighbor Award, the YPN Top 20 under 40 for 2019, awarded Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President's Club for 2019, and then the Chairman’s Circle for 2020 and 2021, and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer from 2015-2021. While enjoying the small-town life that accompanies living in Saint Cloud, she loves being a mother to her two children, both of whom attend Osceola County Schools, and participate in the Pop Warner Program. But that is not all, her roots are tied deep in Osceola County with her parents being the owner/operators of Sidelines Sports Grill and her husband being the owner/operator of Above and Beyond Renovations. Tiffany is heavily involved in giving back to her community and being a member of the board of Osceola County Guardian Ad Litem (a partnership of community advocates and professional staff providing a powerful voice on behalf of Florida's abused and neglected children), and a contributor to the Women’s Council of Realtors. She prides herself on the joy she feels while helping both buyers and sellers, but she also specializes in helping first-time homebuyers as well as first responders and government employees as she has strong connections with incentive programs designed specifically for those who qualify.
