Bio
As a young girl Tiffany trained to be a professional ballerina. And though she left a dance career behind at 18, she still carries confidence, grace, and dedication to all her commitments. That very same poise and drive helped her begin a decades-long successful career selling women’s high fashion accessories. And when she decided to embark on a new path and follow her love of design and architecture, she brought her enthusiasm and precision to real estate.
Tiffany loves what she does! Colleagues describe her as hardworking, energetic, positive, and collaborative. It is true she is a go-getter. That is her nature. Being able help others is her passion; making dreams reality is her superpower. Working with buyers Tiffany shares expertise to ensure her clients understand how the purchase process works. Tiffany knows they will make educated decisions and sleep easy at night. For first-time buyers, with so many details to track, she ensures they are clear on what is needed and feel confident moving forward. Tiffany also knows those who are downsizing can face a real challenge in the Bay Area. She understands the hurdles; as a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) she is trained to navigate them with ease.
Given her professional background, Tiffany sales skills are sharp. Sellers count on her for excellent client service, from oversight to staging, advocacy, and advice. Selling a home touch both finances and feelings; she is here to help in every way. Tiffany’s special talent is finding the unique features of each property and cleverly highlighting those for prospective buyers.
Born and raised in Berkeley and Albany, she has come to deeply appreciate Oakland with its enormous heart and many micro-neighborhoods and subcultures. From walking trails to grand hilltop vistas, cityscapes to homey Maxwell Park, downtown lofts to lakeside condos, Oakland has it all. And do not forget a visit to Middle Harbor Shoreline Park at the port. It is one of her favorite local gems (take 7th St all the way down for incredible views and a beach amidst giant cranes and container ships). Whether you are looking in the Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, or El Cerrito, she would be happy to make your search or sale productive … and fun.
When Tiffany have time off, she travels. Next stop: Japan. Closer to home she loves to work out, garden, and dance. Though her husband of 30 years is French (mais oui, her and her kids are bilingual) she will always choose popcorn over oysters, tacos over Bourguignon and ice cream over creme caramel. Although Tiffany would live on French cheese if she could. Raclette party anyone? What does she look forward to? One day, she will enjoy a vintage sports car with classic lines and a convertible top. Foot on the clutch, which is how she will get around in Provence when they open our B&B!
Tiffany is grateful every day. Having her extended family close by is a blessing. She appreciates her loving and supportive friends, and all the wonderful amenities her life offers. They are able to enjoy so much in the East Bay; Tiffany is thrilled with a career that lets her introduce others to this bounty!
