Tiffany Brewington has been a Realtor with Chicagoland Residential Realty in Downers Grove, IL since 2010. I specialize in short sales and also work with investors and first time buyers. A Sycamore, IL native, I cover the counties of DeKalb, Kane, Boone, Kendall, Ogle, Lee, DuPage, McHenry, Will, Winnebago, and Cook counties. I am SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) Certified, and have successfully negotiated over 40 short sales since 2012. I have worked with all the major lenders including Bank of America, Chase, Citimortgage, Citifinancial, Wells Fargo, PNC Mortgage, US Bank, Nationstar, Ocwen, Seterus, Specialized Loan Servicing, Select Portfolio Services, Flagstar, Bayview Loan Servicing, Suntrust, Dovenmuhle, American Midwest Bank, Old Second, and dozens others.
