Advantageous Property Management is a privately held management company that is owned and operated by Tiara Lanai. Prior to forming Advantageous in 2013, Ms. Lanai was the Assistant Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company where she was responsible for all aspects of operations, including tenant relations, rent collections, building and site maintenance, as well as construction management.
Previously, Ms. Lanai was the Office Manager for Genton Property Group (GPG) which directly and through affiliates, currently owns real estate investments totaling over $500 million. She worked directly with the executive team gaining a well rounded knowledge for all aspects of real estate, including asset management, risk management, accounting, development, and property management.
Prior to GPG, Ms. Lanai was an Executive Assistant at Watt Genton Associates and Watt Companies. In addition to the ten years working in different areas of real estate, Ms. Lanai also has an Associate's Degree, Real Estate License, and is currently a Notary Public.
