Tia began her real estate journey as an investor, and her enthusiasm hasn't waned since. She purchased and managed rental properties soon after graduating from college.
Tia's professional background includes Tax Accounting and Marketing. Her growing interest as an investor-led her to a position as a Project Manager for a real estate company that sponsored Tenant-in-Common investments. There, she also did Asset and Property Management, as well as Acquisitions and Dispositions for the company's portfolio. Tia's tax accounting background served her well with a strong foundation in financial analysis—an important ingredient for real estate transactions.
Tia focuses on helping sellers reach their end goal, as well as guiding buyers through their real estate transactions. She believes that matching buyers and sellers, she is helping with a win-win scenario. In my book, that's what it's all about, she says.
