Bio
Tom Zabor is a Principal and a member of the Investment Committee. He directs AHC Fund’s acquisitions and dispositions process and works with lenders to secure and manage debt arrangements for the funds and operating entities. Before joining AHC, Mr. Zabor worked in the real estate group at Henderson Global Investors, an institutional investment advisor, where he helped close acquisitions and dispositions exceeding $360 million in value.
Mr. Zabor is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, holding the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Dayton.
