Thomas Troccoli has 25 years of real estate experience specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing of shopping centers and office buildings, and is also an experienced consultant for construction. Tom also has experience in development and management of commercial properties as well as medical practice brokerage and medical practice development. Tom also specializes in retail and office brokerage, condominium conversion of existing buildings, client & personal portfolio building and adaptive reuse of muti-family housing/apartments. In addition to the commercial role he plays in brokerage and consulting he is also very active as an owner/developer for his own real estate portfolio. Tom also serves as Vice President of our Lancaster office for the management and continued development of our Lancaster agents for the Lancaster/Lebanon/Reading Region. He is a licensed PA salesperson, and a member of PAR, NAR, LCAR, and the Alumni Association of City University of New York. Tom attended Staten Island College where he earned his engineering degree.
Some of Tom’s notable achievements are the completion of thousands of transactions involving brokerage, development, partnership development, construction, growth of countless clients’ real estate portfolios, condominium conversions, and declarations for several buildings involving office, industrial and retail buildings. Tom was also involved in and responsible for the brokerage in the redevelopment and marketing of Grandview Plaza, Jays Supermarket [a large vacated retail building converted to community services group medical], Colonial Business Center [a large vacated office building] , Rubber World Industrial , The Ephrata House [built in the 1800s] and more. Tom was also the developer/owner for Regency Executive Offices, Lancaster County Racquet Ball and Health Club, several national restaurant franchise locations, Battery Place Apartments , Charlestown Townhouses, several sections of housing developments within Lancaster County, Wetherburn, Chestnut Valley, Timberlaine, Indian Valley, Speedwell, and more.
Tom has served on various committees involving construction and development, as well as with Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Vision Impaired. He also occasionally provides non-fee based consulting to business and real estate owners that need help redeveloping or curing problems with their businesses and real estate management.perty for you.
