From 1996 to 2003 Mr. Tourso was with Garrick-Aug Associates, a nationally known New York City based Real Estate Brokerage firm specializing in retail brokerage. During his tenure at Garrick-Aug Mr. Tourso consumated transactions with national and regional tenants such as: Home Depot; United Stor All; Moda Furniture; Bassett Furniture; Popeyes; New York Sports Club; Treasure Island; Standard Tile; Commerce Bank; QuickChek; Dunkin’ Donuts and Hollywood Tans.
