As Senior Vice President in the Central New Jersey office, Mr. Sullivan's area of expertise involves industrial brokerage services with specific focus in the Life Sciences Industry. In his twenty year affiliation with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Sullivan's life science transactions, including both tenant and owner assignments, involve over 1,100,000 square feet of sold and leased laboratory, R & D and medical manufacturing space. From 1996 through 2002, Mr. Sullivan, along with his partner, Sab Russo, provided exclusive representation for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority's 50 acre campus known as The Technology Centre of New Jersey. His in-depth knowledge of the life science sector provided for the successful leasing of the initial four phases of the Tech Centre totaling in excess of 350,000 square feet.
Acknowledged as one of the region's leading bioscience real estate brokers, Mr. Sullivan, in addition to his responsibilities as national co-ordinator for the CB Richard Ellis Life Sciences Group, is an active member of the Biotechnology Council of New Jersey as well as the National Biotechnology Industry Organization.
