Tom Spier is a Co-Founder of GreenLine Real Estate, LLC and the Principal Broker for the firm. He holds broker licenses in DC, MD, and VA. Tom is responsible for the brokerage business and daily management of the agents in the firm. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Tom started his professional career working for an international public accounting firm as a Certified Public Accountant. He later worked in private accounting where he specialized in the restructuring of distressed manufacturing companies. Tom moved to Washington, DC in 1997 to work as the Controller for the Capitol City Brewing Company group of restaurants. He began his career in real estate in 2000 and has earned numerous awards for production levels and distinguished service – first at Weichert Realtors and then with Long and Foster Real Estate. Tom lives in Columbia Heights in a 1910 rowhouse that he fully renovated.
