Thomas Oliver serves as Vice President with NAI Capital’s Valencia office, specializing in retail properties within the Santa Clarita Valley and Antelope Valley areas. In his 15 years of experience, Thomas has successfully represented landlords, tenants, investors and developers in commercial real estate transactions.
Thomas Oliver brings extensive experience in corporate global customer service. Prior to his career in real estate, Thomas was Director of Global Accounts with Speedline Technologies in Arlington, TX.
In 2005 he transitioned into commercial real estate services focusing on the North Los Angeles market including the Santa Clarita and Antelope valleys. Thomas held positions with Realty Executives’ Commercial Division in Santa Clarita and The Abbey Company in Palmdale.
