Tom began his career in 1975 at The Kislak Company (est. 1908), one of New Jersey's oldest real estate firms, where he received numerous "Production of the Year" awards in the corporate real estate department. In 1990, he joined Resource Realty as a principal.
Tom is a 1970 graduate of Boston College’s School of Business. He has been recognized many times with awards for real estate production, including several Broker of the Year awards. He is a member of Industrial and Office Real Estate Broker’s Association (IOREBA) and has been involved in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Tom is a member of the Planning Board of Little Silver and a member of Essex County Two Hundred Club. He is an active community volunteer. He enjoys tennis, motorcycling, skiing, sporting clays and skeet shooting, boating and softball. With three children in college and two to go, he’s eying retirement at around 90.
