Bio
Tom is a graduate of Occidental College and The University of Southern California Law School. He obtained his real estate sales license in 1966, focusing on residential and recreational property sales before and during his law school years (1968-1971). In 1972 he secured his Broker’s and State Bar licenses and practiced law, primarily representing developers, until forming Noble & Company. Tom continues to give back to his profession through past and current activities such as teaching Real Estate Law for Paralegals at Cal State Los Angeles, serving on the Alumni Board of Governors of Occidental College, and leading the Building Industry Association - Desert Chapter as President of the Board and long-time Board Member. He currently serves on the Board of the Desert Valleys Builders Association
