Thomas's areas of expertise include landlord and tenant representation for both local and institutional principals.
His current and past client include start-ups and Fortune 100 companies spanning battery, EV, Advanced manufacturing, and carbon capture industries. Thomas embodies the data-driven philosophy of the Energy & Advanced manufacturing team by developing an understanding of his client’s business objectives before approaching each project from a labor/logistics/infrastructure perspective.
Before coming to JLL, Thomas career began in 2016 as an Industrial landlord and tenant broker in San Francisco’s eastern neighborhoods where he and his team represented over 2 million square feet of Industrial assets.
Thomas is a member and contributor of Side-by-Side, a non-profit organization serving at-risk young people and their families.
