Thomas Leigh is a Development Associate for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, RangeWater Thomas is heavily involved from initial underwriting through disposition. This includes project design, financing, obtaining municipal approvals, managing project budgets and schedules, construction execution, and lease-up.
Prior to RangeWater, Thomas obtained his MBA from Columbia Business School and his master’s in architectural history from the University of Edinburgh. Thomas has worked as an acquisitions and asset management associate for multi-family office out of New York and as a Senior Business Development Manager for Crowdcube in London, the foremost equity crowdfunding platform. When not working Thomas is out on his bike, paying above market-value for trendy coffee or at home with his wife Laura.
