Thomas Leger is a principal at Lee & Associates – Houston. With over 15 years of real estate experience and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, Thomas has established himself as a leading commercial and industrial broker at the firm. He represents clients in a wide array of spec development projects, investment deals and leasing opportunities throughout the Greater Houston area.
Thomas’ success can be attributed to his innate ability to listen and recognize every client’s unique real estate transaction. With a firm understanding of how the industrial development process works, from locating land parcels to completing lease or sale of the project, he has represented all parties involved, landlords and tenants as well as buyers and sellers.
