Mr. LeBeau has over 15 years of real estate finance experience. Prior to forming ARA, Mr. LeBeau was the Director of Finance with Sage Community Group, Inc., a master plan development company. Sage developed residential and commercial lots for purchase by public home builders and commercial developers. During the early to mid 1990's Mr. LeBeau was with the National Real Estate Consulting Practice of KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. During tenure at KPMG Mr. LeBeau participated in over $3.9 billion of real estate restructures and bulk sales. Mr. LeBeau also consulted to various Bank, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies and REITS in connection with portfolio management and asset allocation. In the late 1980's Mr. LeBeau spent several years with Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company managing a $300 million real estate portfolio containing office, power center retail, industrial and multi family assets.
