Thomas Lay earned his real estate license at age 18, and earned his broker license at age 21. His love of real estate was fostered early in his life, learning from his father who sold and developed real estate.
In 1976, he formed Thomas Lay, Realtors and developed the company through the principles of hard work, creativity, and honesty.
Thomas was educated at University of Central Oklahoma (formerly Central State University). He worked in management at Western Electric until he formed Thomas Lay, Realtors.
