Specializing in representing tenants, buyers, landlords, and investors in the leasing and sale of office, industrial, retail, and investment properties throughout the Philadelphia Region, the United States, and Canada.
Before the establishment of Fidelity Commercial in 1994, Mr. Coyne spent five years as a broker and ten years as the Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director of CB Commercial Real Estate Group (now CBRE), overseeing the Philadelphia region. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in directing the hiring, training, and production of over sixty commercial real estate salespeople. Actively engaged in leasing and marketing, he contributed to transactions involving over 15,000,000 square feet, totaling more than $3 billion in consideration over the past fifteen years. Notable transactions include the sale of 1234 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, a 375,000 sq. ft. high-rise office building to SEPTA, representation of Arthur Anderson (140,000 sq. ft. lease), Keystone Mercy Medical (275,000 sq. ft., 2 building, build to suit), and the leasing and management of Two Penn Center Plaza (500,000 sq. ft. high-rise office building) and the Public Ledger Building (480,000 sq. ft. high-rise office building).
He served as the Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and was a former member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Tri-State Commercial and Industrial Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Additionally, he has completed numerous real estate courses related to financing, development, environmental law, and agency law.
