Thomas Citron serves as an Executive Vice President at the New York headquarters of Colliers International, where he services the real estate needs of retail tenants and landlords on a local and national basis. Tom has handled major retail store expansions throughout New York City and other major markets throughout the United States. Tom was ranked as a Top 100 brokerage professional at Cushman & Wakefield, received the company’s Gold Award for production by title and was elected as a CoStar Power Broker for consecutive years. Tom has participated in the completion of transactions on behalf of TIAA/Nuveen, Swatch Group, BTIG, Alchemy Properties, Strata Realty Corp. A. Ruth & Sons, Flywheel, Bataleur Capital, Bogner, Burton Snowboard Company, Bon-Ton, Capital One Bank, Citibank N.A., Colby Capital, Digby Management Co., Dave's Hot Chicken, Dunkin, Extell, Ferragamo USA, Filene's Basement, Fisher Development Associates LLC, H&M, Jamestown Properties, Marx Realty & Improvement Corp. Most notably, Citron represented H&M in three of the most significant retail leasing transactions in Manhattan, including flagship stores at Herald Center (63,000 square feet), 589 Fifth Avenue (57,000 square feet) and 4 Times Square (42,500 square feet). The Herald Center flagship will be H&M's largest store in the world. Tom is a licensed attorney-at-law and a licensed real estate broker in New York. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelors of Arts degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tom is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY); the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); the New York State Bar Association and the Wisconsin Alumni Association.
