Theron joined Imperial in 2007 as Assistant to the President, Al Klairmont. He spent the next five years in a rotational program with every business unit: Facilities, Construction/Design, Property Management, Legal, Accounting and Human Resources. In 2011 he transitioned to the Brokerage Department as a leasing agent winning top honors at the firm with 73 transactions his first year. In 2013 he took over leadership of the Department with a focus on expanding 3rd party commercial representation. Today, Imperial represents over 300 commercial properties for sale and lease in the Chicagoland market on behalf of many of the largest families and a growing list of publicly traded institutions.
