Ted is a seasoned real estate professional with broad experience across the industry. He has a proven track record of success in developing, investing in, and managing real estate projects across multiple states, including California, Oregon, and Michigan, among others. Ted has led the development and investment in multifamily properties, including ground-up construction and successful rehab projects. He has experience in the full development cycle project management from site acquisition to zoning and plan check, working with architects and general contractors, and lease-up.
Additionally, Ted brings over a decade of experience in tax consulting. He has provided tax and structuring guidance in international M&A transactions for Fortune 500 real estate firms and family trusts and enterprises while working for KPMG, Deloitte, and other large international consulting firms. His background in tax and legal structuring provides a unique perspective on real estate transactions, allowing him to see opportunities and navigate challenges with ease. His exceptional ability to navigate the real estate industry and his strong legal and tax background make him a valuable asset in any transaction.
