Mafe began her real estate career in 2007, but The Gwin Team officially formed in 2011 when Chad finally decided to join her in the world of real estate. The Gwin Team operates as a family-run business, bringing with it over 24 years of experience and a commitment to providing a level of service unrivaled in the industry.
When they are not dedicating themselves to their clients, you can find them at the ball fields, basketball courts, PTO meetings, school councils, serving at church, and participating in other local community events. The Gwin Team is firm in their belief that faith and family take priority, and if one acts with integrity in all actions, everything else will fall into place.
Chad and Mafe are proud parents of Brandon, Matthew, and Lucas, who are full of joy and love and are constantly on the go. They reside in downtown Buford, where they enjoy the sense of community and small-town feel.
