Tex Stephenson has been a top producer at LB Commercial excelling in the lease and sale areas of office, retail and industrial space in the commercial real estate industry. He has a hands-on, service oriented, manner that coupled with his experience, knowledge, and dedication, enable him to provide the high quality responsiveness to his clients that has been his trademark. Mr. Stephenson is known for producing long leases which suit both the Tenant and the Landlord unless flexibility is needed.
Hired and trained by IBM in 1961, Mr. Stephenson evolved and pursued his goals to develop his own system technology company. As President and Owner of his company, he provided high quality service and hardware repair for over thirty years to major clients in the New York City and Northern New Jersey areas.
Tex Stephenson is a Commodore and member for over twenty years of one of the oldest yacht clubs in the country. Mr. Stephenson and his wife Maria live in Wayne, NJ and enjoy boating on the Long Island Sound. Their daughter Alexis resides in Westford, MA with her husband Rob.
