Terry Yonker, Broker at Buckeye Realty, has been a realtor since 2005. Terry received his BS in Business from Villanova University in 1995, and an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University in 2002. He previously worked for Maersk Shipping Line and has held various posts in Taiwan, Kazakhstan, Honduras, and France. After owning and running a successful construction company in Southwest Florida for several years, he became a realtor in 2005. Since expanding to Orlando, Florida, Terry has continued to help investors and commercial sellers throughout central and southwest Florida.
Terry has completed over 400 transactions for private investors and individuals, as well as municipalities and banks. An expert in local and international markets, real estate practices & industry standards, Terry has proven experience transacting across cultures & languages, including in French, Spanish & Chinese.
