Terry W. Watson, R.P.A- is Executive Vice President of Velocity Commercial Real Estate in Oklahoma. He has more than 31 years of experience in managing and leasing mullti-million square foot large office, medical office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties and portfolios. He has worked for Trammell Crow, CB Richard Ellis, Sperry Van Ness and Grubb-Ellis where he supervised two premier office Class A properties totaling 1.4 million square feet in downtown Oklahoma City. More recently Terry was Operations Manager for Bob Moore Auto Group and their associated real estate holdings. He holds the prestigious R.P.A. (Real Property Administrator) conferred by the Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI) and is a certified tax specialist in low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties. He has a BBA in Finance and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and Oklahoma. He has overseen multi-million dollar construction projects for new construction as well as redevelopment of existing assets and has been instrumental in tenant retention efforts from the negotiation of the renewal to the completion of numerous large projects. Some of his former tenants include Dell Computer, Apple Computer, Lockheed, The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Texas Lottery Commission, United States Attorney’s Office, Senator Inhoffe, Clear Channel Broadcasting and Texas Instruments. He has managed multiple portfolios for private investors including 100+ convenience stores with 7- 11, Circle K, Schlotzsky’s, Subway, Blockbuster Video and over forty fast casual restaurants.
