Terry L Saenz is a High Desert Native. After graduating from California State University San Bernardino with a BA in Communications she worked in print and broadcast journalism before accepting a position in public relations/marketing and community relations with a nonprofit humane society. It was during this time Saenz started writing press releases for Coldwell Banker Home Source and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Solutions exposing her to the world of real estate.Saenz recognized the similarity between matching pets to families and property to people. You must be knowledgeable about the pet or property and ask the right questions to fully understand the needs and goals of the clients to facilitate a positive outcome. The challenge of matching people to location and property was very appealing so Saenz obtained her real estate license to work in the commercial sector.Saenz's experience in marketing community relations and customer service along with her knowledge of the high desert communities and the many business relationships she's developed through the years will be invaluable to her clients as she helps them in the purchase sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Her clients are the top priority so it's important to her to stay in contact and deal with them with the utmost honesty and integrity.Community involvement is important to Saenz. She is on the board for VVAPL Humane Society Apple Valley Chamber and High Desert Opportunity and is President of the Apple Valley Butterfly Tamers Toastmasters Club. In addition she's an active participant in a number of High Desert events and has a special passion for animals.
