Terry Jensen is a seasoned real estate broker born and raised in the Sacramento and surrounding areas. Terry works with residential buyers and sellers with additional experience in distressed sales, luxury homes, and commercial real estate. A licensed general contractor since 1996, Terry lends his contractor experience to any Buyer and Seller of Real Estate enabling the client to have some upfront information on what the cost may be associated with making any changes or additions necessary to help sell the property faster and for more$$ or to help with budgeting for a buyer or investor knowing the cost associated with improvements after the purchase is complete. Terry is an active investor of Real Estate and experienced in developing and managing construction projects, residential & commercial rehab, remodel, tenant improvements, investment property rehab, Investment profiling and 1031 Exchanges. Terry has appeared in the HGTV Show House Hunters 2018 filming an Episode in El Dorado Hills with one of his Buyers in which the husband and wife had different opinions on the perfect home. Terry was able to navigate them through and with some final suggestions for renovations to make one of the homes work for both the husband and wife, and voila, a home was agreed upon after narrowing it down to three.
