Terry’s extensive background in real estate investing, financial planning, mortgage financing and construction enables the James Real Estate Group and JREG Construction to incorporate comprehensive planning principles into its’ client management practice. Terry began his career as a Licensed Financial Advisor and Registered Investment Advisor for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and UBS Financial Services. Terry was previously the President/Owner of C.A.R.E. Lending LLC, a mortgage financing company, which was sold in late 2007. Terry is the owner of JREG Construction and Development, LLC. Terry is a married father of two (Malakai and Maliyah), real estate investor and dedicated Real Estate professional.
