Bio
Terry co-founded Asana Partners and is a member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. He has 34 years of commercial real estate and private equity experience in strategy, investments, capital markets, institutional investor relations, and organizational development.
Prior to launching Asana Partners, Terry was Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of EDENS, a privately held REIT, and Chief Executive Officer of Andersen Corporate Finance, LLC (NASD Broker-Dealer subsidiary of Arthur Andersen), responsible for strategy and investment banking activities. He began his career as a United States Army Officer.
Terry serves on the Board of Directors of AvalonBay Communities. He was named a 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Regional Award winner and National Finalist. Terry graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
