Terry Ansley is the Broker In Charge of Sequence Real Estate LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in creative solutions for transaction, investment and development needs.
Terry has more than 36 years of real estate experience and has been involved in all aspects of real estate sales, leasing, management and investing. He specializes in sourcing off market opportunities, matching investors with properties and creating tailored strategic plans for acquisitions and dispositions. In addition to overseeing all real estate brokerage activity, Terry will be working to identify investment opportunities for and with clients.
Terry is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management and a Minor in Economics. He has a South Carolina Broker license and earned the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is actively involved with the Commercial Investment Division of Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Special Olympics South Carolina, United Soccer Academy Mount Pleasant, East Cooper Baptist Church and Mount Pleasant Cotillion. Terry has previously been involved in leadership roles with other professional and charitable organizations.
Terry is married with four children and is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast with an overwhelming preference to be on the water.
