She has had extensive training in mortgage, financing and title work. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts from New Mexico State University and holds a New Mexico Brokers License. She is fluent in Spanish and is Certified by the American Homeowner Education & Counseling Institute for Homebuyer & Counseling Education. Terriane is actively involved in her community and serves on the Board of First Step Center and La Casa Inc.
